to provide service to sugar industries by developing low cost option

The Ulka TRF System has been proven as ultimate mill feeding equipment. It
achieves high crush rate at
above 250% on fibre at +80 degrees. The system needs no additional
power and offers efficient pre-extraction and drainage of juice.
Innovative 'Ulka TRF system' consists of toothed roller feeder, with or
without perforations and a scraper mechanism.
The unique feature
of this system is multi-compressions of bagaase / cane mat in sequence
of low, medium and high pressure zones in different orientations. This
leads to effective permeability for the drainage of juice and hence
better extraction at low power consumptions.
